Done all above you have suggested, vtec pressure switchand solenoid, idle air control valve, oil pressure switch etc. Car seems to run better pulls well until you get to exactly 4000 revs in every gear then it is like the rec limiter kicks in and will not go past 4000 revs and when you slow down to a stop it is occasionaly hunting.
