2424 posts · Joined 2018. #2 · Oct 8, 2019. It's the engine drive belt, 1b in the photo below. The manual does specify to change at 40,000 miles if driven in dusty conditions. I would inspect the belt and if you don't see any cracks or separations you are good to go. But I would change at 80,000 miles no matter how it looks. .
