Meanwhile, the V7 Special gets a Blue Formal colorway along with a cool-to-the-eyes Grigio Casual option. As for pricing, the V7 Stone retails for 9,190 Euros ($10,385 USD), while the V7 Special Aug 23, 2010. Oddometer: 836. Location: Philadelphia, PA. I'm guessing the Street Twin is the more modern, dynamic bike. But the V7 Stone is arguably prettier. Can probably score a better deal on the Guzzi right now, if that matters. #4. For me the Guzzi has a more genuine retro character but the Ducati covers more aspects of riding I think. The Guzzi has bigger tank and maybe better behavior on a highway than the Ducati but the Ducati felt more nimble in urban conditions and maybe off road. The bad thing with the Guzzi is that the retro feel is genuine because the bike feels

My bike (Quota) is a pup with 24K. Outside of oil leaks, cracked rear rim and installing a battery reversed polarity and killing the regulator (I guess this is my fault). I expected any bike under 35K miles to be reliable. I had 1993 GSPD for 19 years only 44k miles. Moto Guzzi V7 Stone Becomes A Sporty Cafe Racer For 2024. I am considering a motoguzzi v7 to compliment my 2014 R1200RT LC. I would love to here real world opinions especially as regards the overall build quality and feel of the bike. I have always ridden bmw's and I love the build quality and the overall robust feel. I have ridden ducati's before and the build

Moto Guzzi does not exist for me because the nearest dealer is 500 miles away in Seattle. Before I moved here from Lacey, Washington, I had decided to get a Guzzi Norge Sport Tourer when I retired and moved here and would just bite the bullet and ship the bike there for major servicing. But the idiots discontinued the Norge. I have no idea why.

I really like the Moto Guzzi V7 and the unfortunately named Stone, shaft drive, decent front brake and fork. I think it's a winner in the category of retro bikes. The Triumph is a poorly suspended overweight pig. I have one of those. Only redeeming feature is sweet 270 deg. in the Scrambler and easy to work on. Aftermarket is good too.

Proper characterful goofy twin, vs a Trident, which will be a hugely competent bike, but I just can't see it being 'special' in the same way and thus may lose its charm more quickly. From a build perspective, neither Triumph or Guzzi has a huge reputation for or against, the Guzzi is a simpler, tried & tested design, vs the Trident newness.
